Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of the order and are shipped by post or courier to your PUMA instructor.  Your instructor will then make arrangements with you to deliver your items at a convenient time and place.

Orders cannot be shipped to you directly.
